Organic chia seeds from the Chia plant. Contains 1 – 32 ounce bag of chia seeds. The chia seed is nutrient dense, with high fiber & protein but low calorie. Use the seeds to make chia pudding, or mix them as-is in your salad or yoghurt for a nutritious boost.

Chia Seed Crackers

  • 2tbsp SGFYF Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat the oven to 392˚F Pour SGFYF Chia Seeds into 1/4 cup water, let stand until gelatinous. Stir the mixture onto a parchment paper with a spoon.

Add in seasoning and mix the dough again then flatten the dough with a spoon, in a very thin layer onto a baking pan or on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 15 min then flip it over and bake it for another 15 min. Let the chia seed cracker cool for 10 min then break them into free cracker forms.
